*  Rates:  Summer: $1,800 per week Saturday to Saturday (Check-in 4:00 pm; Check-out 10:00 am) Off season: $900 per week/$1,800 per month/$200 per night.  Cleaning Fee:  $100 cleaning fee applies and will be deducted from the security deposit. Renters to empty the refrigerator and trashcans, wash all dishes (or run dishwasher), leave furniture and amenities where they were found upon arrival, and otherwise leave the place tidy, organized and ready for our cleaning service to get to work.
