Amazing Schroon Lake and High Peak views of Pharaoh Mountain welcome you to this new Lincoln Log home carved into the hillside! Main floor - great room with gas burning woodstove, comfy seating, wireless internet, and 32" LCD TV. Gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, built in appliances and lots of custom cabinets completely equipped for 12 guests. Dining area with log table that seats 10 and counter with six stools for casual dining. The soaring ceilings and wall of windows afford you uncompromised views. There are two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, that share a full bath. There is a full size stackable washer and dryer in the hall closet.

Second level - private queen master suite with sitting area, LCD TV, full bath, and open loft area with full futon for relaxing that overlooks the spacious main level.

Lower level - there is a family room with full futon/twin bunk combo and a TV, and a bunk room with two sets of bunk beds that share another full bath.

Outside there is a campfire area close to the home and room to park six cars. The deck has patio furniture during the warmer weather to enjoy the beautiful lakeside view.  Home shares a dock with lakefront cottage also available for rent with (see listing RT0187).  The two homes together accommodate up to 22 guests and provide a great set-up for a Family Reunion or other large groups. This is perfectly suitable for more than one family to have a vacation home for a week, month, or the whole season!

*  Rates:  June 1st - Labor Day: $3,500 per week, Sat. to Sat. only, 4:00 pm check in, 10:00 am check out
Labor Day - June 1st: $2,000 per week, $500 per night or $3500 per month.  Cleaning Fee:  $150 cleaning fee applies and will be deducted from the security deposit. Renters to empty the refrigerator and trashcans, wash all dishes (or run dishwasher), leave furniture and amenities where they were found upon arrival, and otherwise leave the place tidy, organized and ready for our cleaning service to get to work.
