Located in the Elm Tree association on the west shore of Schroon Lake.  There are three double beds and three single beds.  Maximum occupancy is 10.  

The beach is 250' wide and there is docking.  Parking to accommodate up to 4 cars. Cable is available in July and August.  Phone service is limited to local phones, but Schroon Lake has very strong wireless (Verizon).  

Blankets and pillows are supplied, so bring your linens.
