Located just one mile south of Schroon Lake village, this large (3,000 sq ft) home has four bedrooms, three full baths, huge living room, fully equipped kitchen and billiards room.  It also has 4 fireplaces!  For a change of pace, try out the pool table, ping pong table or basketball hoop.  Town has a 1,000' public beach with playground, 6  tennis courts and 9 hole golf course (known to be a challenging one at that!), movie theatre, restaurants, gift shops, marina and boat launch.

The 100' wide beach is shared with only two other owners.  There is a dock and parking for four cars.  There is a  grill on a large deck and a fire pit . No boat is furnished.

Renters are to bring their own sheets, pillow cases, towels & washcloths.  Pillows and blankets are supplied.  We appreciate it if you leave the home and grounds as you find it.
