Lakeside apartment with 2 bedrooms, one bath, kitchen and living/dining room.  Charming restored school house that has been sectioned off into 3 apartments (the owner is occupying one, and the third is the home of a couple of our state troopers). The beach however, is yours.

There is a dock where you can enjoy your 86' of shoreline-beach.  You are required to  bring towels, the owner will supply bed linens and blankets.  Life jackets are available. 

Please, no smoking and no pets.  There is a row boat and a canoe that is available for shared use by the renters in the adjacent cottage (RT0117).

Eagle lake is situated between Paradox Lake and Ticonderoga.  It is about 10-15 minutes from exit 28 on the Northway, and about 10-15 minutes from Ticonderoga where you can shop, dine or visit Fort Ticonderoga.   Schroon Lake is also about 15 minutes away.  

Maximum occupancy is 4.
