Located just steps from the village of Schroon Lake, this duplex is available for upwards of 8-10 people.  The other side of the duplex is owner occupied.  Winter rentals are $1,500 / month (full off-season booking required).  Make this your ski lodge for the winter.   Weekly rentals (inquire).

Winter time you are 30 minutes to Gore Mountain, and 50 minutes to Whiteface.  Vermont ski areas are accessible with a two hour drive.  

Available for rent is a two story home, with the living area, kitchen, dining area and one bedroom / one bath on the first floor.  There is also a laundry and outside deck.  The second floor consists of 4 bedrooms with 1 and 1/2 baths as well as a family room and outdoor deck.  

The home is furnished with amenities that one would expect in a resort area.  Leave the car parked, and you can walk into town, where there is a public beach and dock available.  Bring your boat and launch it free at the municipal launching facilities at both ends of the lake.
